VIVIAN BONET

Vivian is the senior vice president of Construction at Ocean Land Investments, Inc and the Managing Developer At Riva a Condominium. With more than two decades of experience as an architect, she is well-versed in managing the development process from groundbreaking through completion. Prior to joining Ocean Land Investments, Inc., and becoming the managing developer at Riva, Vivian worked for The Y Group and CM Consulting Group. She has designed and developed more than 20 complex projects throughout her career, including a variety of luxury residential buildings, commercial projects and educational facilities. With residential development credits including Infinity at Brickell, W Fort Lauderdale Hotel and Residences, and Ocean House, she has a strong understanding of what drives buyers to South Florida’s luxury market. She has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

ALBERTO DE ARMAS

Alberto has over 20 years of experience handling a project architecturally from groundbreaking through completion. Alberto has designed and developed complex projects in the complete spectrum of Architecture.

Additionally Alberto has had responsibility for client contact, meetings, consultant coordination, permitting, specifications, contract documents, buyout negotiation, construction administration, closeout and client turnover.

Alberto is involved in a project from start to finish in a very responsible and professional manner. Alberto is bilingual, respected among clients and peers, experienced in reviewing and/or revising drawings and is completely computer literate.

Alberto received Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the University of Miami and an A.A. degree in Architecture from Miami Dade College.

TORRY WATSON

Torry was born into a family where General Contracting and Construction Management have been the family’s business since 1891. He started his career in his hometown of Milwaukee where his father was a builder. When he moved to South Florida, he worked at a couple of construction companies before establishing his own. He is an expert at contract law and negotiation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from University of Wisconsin.

ALEX "CHINA" GRACIA

China is a project manager for HS Consulting Group responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring projects get complemented with a level excellent all HS Consulting projects are known for. China’s foundation for being a taste maker has been crucial in identifying key visions for many of HS consulting projects. His reputation can be traced his a decade of working in the music industry as an artist manager.

As an Artist Manager, China has had a strong reputation for excellence within client services. China’s entertainment experience made him a cultural zeitgeist. As a project manager in the construction world, the key is to delegate and ensure the work is done to spec and following a level of detail and perfectionism artists are known to have. China’s experience lends itself easily to this and with his diplomatic ease he has inspired his team to bring their best selves and level of excellence to all their projects. China’s background also has given him an eye for Luxury and Detail that many of their construction projects require from high end lounges at hotels and resorts to luxury living. He understands what A-list clients are looking for and can provide key insight into what needs to happen to make the project successful.

In his free time, he provides motivational speeches to under served communities in Miami and runs a non-profit that uses arts to motivate youth.
